Yoga for People Who Work Too Much
An experience created specifically for those of you who HAVE to check your calendars before fitting anything else in your schedule, who NEED to take your laptops with you everywhere you go, and who get to create their own schedules but still don’t fit in enough self-care time. You also may be holding some extra tension in your neck, shoulders and hips.
Live Blissed is partnering up with Hale Production Studio to host a yoga class hosted in the beautiful Hale Studios loft space in East Village.
This yoga class, led by Sucha Kumar will be designed to relieve aches, stress, and stiffness while also focusing on opening up and creating space between your neck, traps and shoulders, as well as your hips and hamstrings. You’ll be provided with tools throughout class to use in your day-to-day busy life to feel better and boost your productivity.
